In 2011, Monadnock and partner Exact Capital stepped in to refinance and rehabilitate two of the most troubled residential buildings in New York City. High efficiency smart boiler systems were installed, dangerous structural conditions were remedied, and hundreds of Environmental Control Board violations were cleared in the gut rehabilitation of these 99 apartments on Bryant Avenue.
