In 2010, Monadnock and its development partners were selected to develop the first two buildings in New York's next great neighborhood – Hunter's Point South. The buildings were completed under budget in 2015 and are now 95% leased. These two towers total just under one million square feet and include 925 mixed-income rental apartments, 20,000 square feet of retail, a rooftop farm and over 250 enclosed parking spaces. Monadnock worked with its partners to design and build iconic yet cost-effective buildings – minimizing the use of City subsidies while catalyzing the development of the neighborhood.
