530 Exterior comprises 157 units, 91 of which are inclusionary housing units and 32 of which will house formerly homeless households. It is the first of two residential buildings developed on this block by this joint-venture partnership. The building complies with the Enterprise Green Communities efficiency requirements and generates electrical power for common usage through a 185-panel solar array on the roof. Residents have access to a fitness room, bike storage room, community space, and an on-grade exterior recreation space. Construction commenced in January 2016 and was completed in November 2017.
