      Project Management & Construction

      Translating a project from paper to the real world requires experience, attention to detail, and teamwork. The Monadnock Development team works hand-in-hand with Monadnock Construction to ensure that projects are well-built, on budget, and on time.

      Examples of our work include:

      • At Compass Residences in the Bronx, we leveraged $500 million to develop 1,374 units in 5 buildings—on time and on budget
      • At PS186 in Harlem, we completed the complex rehabilitation of a historic but dilapidated school financed with a combination of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and Historic Tax Credits —on time and on budget.
      • At the Park Clinton in Hell’s Kitchen (Clinton) in Manhattan, we developed New York’s first permanently affordable cooperative in decades—on-time and on budget.

      Property & Asset Management

      Nobody cares for our buildings like we do. Our Property and Asset Management team keeps our developments in excellent shape and ensures that our tenant's experience is personalized and satisfying.

      We take the perspective of a long-term owner:

      • We hire experienced and personable property managers and building staff and support their growth and professional development.
      • Our construction, development, and management staff maintain our buildings in a first-class condition to ensure higher tenant satisfaction, prolonged building life, and lower maintenance costs.
      • We use a data-driven approach to assign and track repairs and maintenance, collect and report on rents, and generate asset management reports for our lenders.
