The steel and concrete plank building contains a mix of units for low and moderate-income households, as well as units for formerly homeless families. The building complies with the Enterprise Green Communities’ efficiency requirements and generates electrical power for common usage through a large solar array on the roof. Residents have access to a fitness room, bike storage room, community space, and a rooftop deck.
