This 270,000 GSF development, which began construction in January 2014, is the first phase of a more than 1,300 unit master-planned community by Monadnock Development and Signature Urban Properties. Compass Residences Phase 1 comprises 237 apartments ranging for low- to moderate income families and along with formerly homeless households as well. Three retail spaces, a parking garage, and extensive public and private open space also serve the residents of this catalytic new development.
