Compass Six Residences consists of 261 residential units (including a super’s unit) and 1,651 square feet of community space. The project will be utilizing the Department of Housing, Preservation and Development’s (HPD) Extremely Low and Low-Income Affordability program, which target low-income households.

104 units in the building will be set aside for formerly homeless households. 50% of the total units will be for households at or below 60% AMI. The remaining 50% of the units will be for moderate-income households at 80% AMI or below. The building will conform to the Enterprise Green Communities efficiency requirements.  Residents will have access to a fitness room, bike storage room, community space, on-site laundry and an exterior courtyard space.
