Designed by SLCE Architects, the project fronts on Elton Street at the entrance to Gateway Center in East New York. The 80 units are reserved for low-income seniors and are all one-bedroom apartments. The 7-story project also contains offices for Nehemiah HDFC and property management offices for the entire rental portion of the Spring Creek project.
