As part of the New York State’s Division of Housing and Community Renewal (HCR) Vital Brooklyn Initiative, Utica Crescent will create the epitome of home for its residents. The project will allow families to live and thrive in comfortable and healthy spaces in the heart of Brooklyn, while advocating for sustainable living and social interconnectedness through free building-wide wireless internet and the implementation of smart building technology. This will be a 100% affordable property that caters to low and moderate income New Yorkers at a variety of income bands, as well as supportive units for elderly frail seniors. Monadnock Development, Equity Developers and CB-Emmanuel will develop 322 residential units in two towers, as well as a grocery store, community facility space for multiple organizations, and space for a Dialysis Center operated by the One Brooklyn Health System (OBHS).
